Dina Lohan certainly has her hands full with her daughters, but she wants everyone to calm down about Ali Lohan’s appearance.

While many have noticed Ali looking rather thin, her mom doesn’t care what anyone is saying, states UsMagazine.com. Dina doesn’t care to “read any of the rubbish” about Ali’s weight loss.

She has previously commented that her daughter is fine and healthy as she just has a fast metabolism.
